My first major research project

I finally finished my first major research project! Well, at least the original version, I am going to have to thin it out to submit at the WSSA conference in March. I started this project in early August 2021 and I have worked on it constantly (which is why it is now a whopping 33 pages total and 21 pages of just text). It is a historical look at the mommy needs wine culture. (This blog refers to this as my Prohibition project, as this is a major focus of my analysis.) I focus on drinking culture for women throughout American history, with some research coming from the UK. It also includes information I got from my own questionnaire. I am apprehensive about thinning out my paper so I wanted to post it somewhere. The only thing the paper is missing is some of the pages in my references- I have to wait for the library at my school to open to get the rest of the page numbers. Here it is:

Edit: After another full week of editing I now realize many mistakes in this version. However, I don't have the time to fix this version. I'm leaving it up but please know a lot of the references are rough. I'm still learning how to make references in Chicago style.
